Mill and bakery museum

In the exceptional place of the "Château de Harzé" (Harzé castle) outbuildings (in the 16th - 18th centuries) you can follow the evolution of the bread making from the seeds sown in the fields to the product sold at the baker's.

The high point of the museum is beyond all questions the reconstruction of a genuine water mill that can turn in front of you.

And if you reserve you'll be at the craft making of bread in our new demonstration workshop.
